The name DEBRA OPRI, and all related rights, has great economic value associated with the substantial goodwill, high respect, dignity and popular image DEBRA OPRI holds with the public, both nationally and internationally. Authorized uses of the DEBRA OPRI name and related rights are granted by Debra Opri solely pursuant to license agreements with licensees which only Debra Opri has the right to select and grant.

Debra Opri is the sole and exclusive owner of all commercial merchandising and allied rights relating to the use of THE OPRI OPINION mark.

THE OPRI OPINION mark, and all related rights, has great economic value associated with it, both nationally and internationally. Authorized uses of the THE OPRI OPINION mark and related rights are granted by Debra Opri solely pursuant to license agreements with licensees which only Debra Opri has the right to select and grant.

Use by DEBRAOPRI.COM, DEBRAOPRI.NET, and DEBRAOPRI.ORG

Names, logos, trademarks, or other protected property rights appearing on this site including, without limitation: (i) THE OPRI OPINION mark, (ii) DEBRA OPRI name, (iii) OPRI name are all Property rights owned exclusively by Debra Opri and protected from any unauthorized use by any other party under California and federal registration laws and are used here by express licensed authorization granted to DEBRAOPRI.COM, DEBRAOPRI.NET, and DEBRAOPRI.ORG by Debra Opri.
